Suluban Beach in Bali is an extremely scenic beach. It is also known as amongst the most exotic beaches in entire Bali. Suluban Beach is located just a few kilometers north of Uluwatu. The word ‘Suluban’ in Balinese means ‘walking or passing under something’. This amazing beach was named Suluban, as its visitors have to pass through a beautiful coral reef cave before they can reach this wide sandy beach. Apart from being a treat to the eyes this beach is also capable of producing large waves which are ideal for surfing making it one of the most well-known beaches for surfing. Many other water sport and activities too are carried out.

How to reach
By Road:
Visitors can reach Suluban Beach only by the Jalan Bypass Nusa Dua from Denpasar or Kuta. This bypass take about 30 minutes or is 34 kilometers from Denpasar. Visitors can take the main road from Denpasar or Kuta through the Jalan Bypass Nusa Dua from the famous McDonald’s junction which is south to the junction at Jalan Uluwatu II. Now turn west towards the Jimbaran Bay and continue to drive for about 2 km . As you reach the four road junction take a sharp left up the hill for Uluwatu. Now follow the road southwards till the outer post of Uluwatu Temple is seen. A signpost for Suluban Beach will lead you to this amazing Beach that Bali has to offer.
