Singapore, the land which is developing at the speed of lightening and where every traveler longs to go and see the various attractive natural and man made tourist places. My personal favorites are those tourist places which give a bird’s eye view of the vast city. Going to Singapore is like going to a large playground where you can play, enjoy and be mesmerized by the scenic beauty and the manmade attractions that Singapore is made out of. When I visited Singapore as a tourist for the first time, I was shown around the regular and most popular tourist spots. Here is my list of 5 favorite spots to get a bird eye view of entire Singapore city and I know you will like them too.

A giant Ferris wheel which was built between 2005 and 2008 is a major attraction in Singapore. It is known to be the tallest Ferris wheel in the whole world. There are 28 capsules on the wheel and they are all air conditioned. They can hold 784 passengers and rotate an entire 360 degrees in about 30 minutes time. It is located near the famous Marina Bay in the Marina Promenade giving great views of the Bay and surrounding areas.

- The Pinnacle @Duxton
You would be surprised to know that this tourist attraction is actually a residential housing society with 7-50 storied towers. All the towers are connected and have the world’s most unique sky bridges connecting the towers. The sky bridges have sky gardens on them and this is a must visit for all tourists. The sky bridges are on the 26th floor and the 50th floor and give a great view of the city of Singapore. The 26th floor sky bridge is only for the residents of the towers and is also used as a refuge area. The 50th floor bridge is open for public and a nominal fee of $5 (Singapore dollars) is charged for visitors.
